Handling international returns
The appropriate handling of international returns is determined by a number of factors:
- Transportation cost as a percentage of the value of the goods. In some cases the value of the product does not justify the cost of returning it. Alternatives available include certified destruction or resale through secondary markets
- Dealing with international tax authorities. Where refunds are to be made to customers the local taxes paid must be claimed back. Duty drawback can be facilitated based on return to our distribution centre or on certified destruction.
