WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCURATE CALCULATION OF DUTIES AND TAXES?

eShopWorld is responsible for the calculation of all duties and taxes.

WHO ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR CREDIT CARD FRAUD?

In our Checkout Solution...s eShopWorld assumes full responsibility for payment processing and credit card fraud, and guarantees payment to the retailer in currency of their choice.

TO WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU OFFER FULLY LANDED COST SERVICE?

We continually expand the list of countries where we offer fully landed cost and guaranteed payment to the retailer in local currency of choice. Currently, our countries include the U.S., 27 countries in the European Union, most countries in the Middle East, India, Latin America and the Far East.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INTEGRATE YOUR SERVICE?

Once the operational and business rules have been established, an online retailer should be operational within 4 weeks. Typically only a few hours of your developer’s time is needed. We do the rest.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Visa, Master Card, Amex, and PayPal.

DO YOU OFFER A RETURN SERVICE AND DUTY AND TAX REFUNDS TO OUR CUSTOMER?

Yes. We work with you to develop an international return policy. We have “in-country” return processing centers and in those countries where duty and tax drawback are available we provide refunds to the customer. We offer a customer service portal that provides functionality for returns processing, calculation of drawback, reverse logistics tracking and customized reporting.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO RECEIVE HIS ORDER?

Transit times vary according to destination country and the type of service the customer chooses.

Generally, the transit times for Standard Service are 5-7 days once the package arrives at our Processing Center. And, if the customer chooses Priority Service the transit times are 2-6 days from the time the package arrives at the Processing Center.

CAN OUR CUSTOMERS TRACK THEIR ORDERS DURING TRANSIT?

With most of our delivery options, eShopWorld offers complete track and trace service accessible either via the retailer site or our own web portal.
