eShopWorld cements place as Ireland’s fastest growing tech company, ranking #1 in the Deloitte Fast 50 for third year running

eShopWorld revenues grew in 2016 by 245%, with pre-tax profits of €7.8m and turnover of €211.2m  

This year eShopWorld opened its international headquarters in Swords, and announced the creation of 250 jobs

Monday 6th November 2017 – eShopWorld, the Irish provider of global eCommerce solutions for leading retail brands worldwide, has been ranked #1 for the third year running at the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Ireland. Rankings are based on average percentage revenue growth over four years, with eShopWorld recording turnover growth of 3632% during this period.

eShopWorld recorded strong growth in 2016, with revenues increasing by 245%, pre-tax profits of €7.8m and turnover of €211.2m. The company works with some of the world’s most iconic lingerie, fashion and sportswear brands, creating localised solutions to manage the global eCommerce requirements of 5 of the top 10 apparel brands. Earlier this year, eShopWorld opened its international headquarters in Swords, and announced the creation of 250 jobs, and a €25m programme of investment.

The Deloitte Fast 50 measures Ireland’s fastest growing indigenous companies in the technology sector. The awards, which are in their 18th year in Ireland, recognise the contribution of indigenous companies to the technology sector in Ireland, and the overall economy. Cumulatively, the 2017 Fast 50 winners generated approximately €858m in total annual revenues in 2016.
