Since joining I’ve helped shape the customer journey, so that we’re constantly evolving with the customer’s global market needs. eShopWorld has allowed me to marry experience gained at other global organisations with constant growth and development. Collaboration is key, as we work across teams to figure out the best solutions. It’s exciting to be part of the team as we move into a period of continued growth, scaling the technology and product offering to onboard more customers. What I love most about working here is the attitude: it’s very much a “can do” culture.
